The United States/NATO desperate attack on the Russian Nuclear deterrent Airfields, will certainly end the satellite and remote monitoring section of The START treaty, where Nuclear Bombers from both sides, were stationed in the open on Runways and not in fortified hangers.
I believe the New START nuclear arms reduction treaty between the United States and the Russian Federation, is as good as dead, because of the United States treacherous attack on Russian Airfields, using their Ukrainian proxy.
The Russian Federation is generations ahead of The United States in missile technology, with several different types of battlefield deployed Hypersonic missiles, while the United States in still in the early testing phase, of trying to develop their own Hypersonic missiles, and embarrassingly, all their tests have failed miserably to date, while even North Korea, Iran and especially China, have already got Battlefield deployed Hypersonic missiles.
The writing is on the wall, for an end to all nuclear arms reduction treaties, between the United States and Russia, and the Russian Federation will benefit far more than the United States, from a new Nuclear arms race, as they are so far ahead of the United States in Nuclear deliver systems, especially with the Avangard hypersonic glide vehicle.
The Russian Federation is probably already in a position, with its undetectable Hypersonic missiles, were it could decapitate the United States and its NATO vassals, in a nuclear first strike!
