38:11 “Lavrov was talking about this a lot in that interview he just gave, and then, if you do that, you can start moving the process along. To repeat, there is nothing about any of this that, if viewed from a realist, objective perspective, should be a problem for the United States. There really isn’t. I mean, U.S. national interests, realistically assessed, are for peace in Europe—not for control of Donbas or anything of that kind. This is an absurd situation. It’s part of a neocon grand strategy that has catastrophically failed. Nailing one’s flag to the mast of that… Read more »

For the US, one solution to justify abandoning “Project Ukraïne” could be to discredit President Zelenskiy, by exposing his lies about the war, most especially concerning casualty figures of dead and wounded. In general, one could argue that the entire western media is silenced by powerful editors, so that journalists can only push back by citing exclusively Ukraïnian sources for all their reports. On the issue of Poland’s upcoming Presidency of the EU, I suspect that it will propose and act to remove Ukraïnian refugees from the EU and return them to Ukraïne to fight the war. Perhaps as a gesture to help President Zelenskiy to not have to legislate any further lowering of Ukraïne’s conscription age, or perhaps even in combination with such a return. Considering the current level of desperation (and madness) in some European capitals, such a scenario becomes entirely possible. As a crime analyst, I even suspect that there are already crimes being perpetrated by Ukraïnian refugees within the… Read more »
Good point, and I partially agree with it. However, there is another angle you might not have considered. I am Polish, so I am well aware of the issue with Bandera and the Nazis. The idea of sending Ukrainians back to fight was already proposed by the Lithuanian foreign minister, if I remember correctly. Another angle could be Poland finally acknowledging the presence of Nazis in Ukraine and starting to confront those who support Bandera. It would be ironic, after over two years of war, to admit that Putin was right about Nazis in Ukraine. However, this could also be… Read more »
In addition to historical reasons for the Russians to take back Odesa, the security for the region of Trasnistia will be ensured.
Negotiations are simple. Stop sending US money to Ukraine and withdraw all American personnel. Russia will settle the rest.
EU and NATO are weaponized de-sovereignization mechanisms operated under Jewish control. Always have been. As long as they exist Russia needs to snuggle up to their borders. America needs to go home and fix their country before the whole place turns into one big Detroit.
