Personally, I think Haiphong and Berletic are too black-pilled. I get why, but, first, informed Americans do not support the stupid continuous wars and have woken up to what’s going on specifically bc of Trump, secondly, turning over an ocean-liner full of retarded neocons can’t be done overnight and, thirdly, it’s necessary to have some hope for a better world. I can listen to these two guys all day bc they are both well informed. I just think the bleakness is well overdone.

Re Viet Nam, my personal very high level contacts state that anti-China officials are now almost entirely purged from the government. I see no possibility that Viet Nam could be used as a Ukraine type anti-China proxy.

Separately, I think Haiphong is minimizing the suggestions from Trump of a new “Yalta.” It’s ridiculous to think US wants another war with a major nuclear power. Trump isn’t that crazed.

It’s truly amazing that the powers that be don’t realize how weakened this country is, and how completely unrealistic it is to go into a full scale war with China.
