Thank you for clarifying the EU policy against its member Hungary. I would argue that this amounts to treachery, but ypur comparison with the EU’S policy with that of the USSR’s Brezhnev policy against Czechoslovakia was most astute. It seems certain that Prime Minister Orban will evoke it to his fellow EU ministers against Brussels. Moreover, just via such a leak of a planned move against Hungary, Britain could argue that its decision to exit from tbe EU was fully justified.

Wars are never decided on the strength of militaries. Wars are always decided on logistics.
