What is the state of continued provision by USA of wages to pay the depostic regimes’ government employees, pensioners, military conscripts; Also, expenditure on clean-up and repair contractors, the pensions of dead-listed_missing as perks for the corrupt, vermin-control; Also imports of cocoa, cocaine, french perfume, olives, spices, silks and sports cars etc?
So the United States “negotiated itself out of the Vietnam War”?? Uh no, the U.S. withdrew all of it’s forces out of Vietnam – If you have to negotiate to withdraw then you have lost . Also the withdraw was precipitated because of a combination of factors, financial restraints was the least of which as was weapons procurement —domestic and Congressional reluctance to re-engage in the war, economic constraints, and finally the Watergate scandal, which weakened and distracted Nixon were the main causes. I’m a bit confused, because to me ‘no more arms’ means just that. Whether this concerns arms promised by Biden or others or anything new, it’s continuing a war the US pretends it wants ended as fast as possible.
