Another reason for sanctions relief on Belarus: fertiliser and potash! The world is short of it; most of it used to come from Russia & Belarus, with EU making their own from Russian gas. Oops! that’s all gone. So the US needs fertiliser BADLY. 30% of cost to produce Wheat etc = fertiliser.
