There is no doubt that aliens from outside our solar system exist on Earth, and have been here for thousands of years. For unknown reasons, hard evidence recently appeared on corporate news after the US government released videos of UFOs that it was unable to explain or dismiss as fakes. The Pentagon even has a website for its new, All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, with videos and other information about UFOs. Some say if UFOs existed, whistleblowers would leak information, but several high-level officials recently went public!
Why is alien life on Earth? Maybe they want to secretly help earthlings, or run the world for sport, or just observe humans like anthropologists? Maybe they need to replenish supplies for space travel? There might be different alien life on Earth for different reasons, but there is no doubt they are here. There might be great videos of aliens, but our government has yet to release any, or perhaps the aliens destroy such evidence. I am hopeful that our alien lords protect humans from the insane people running the United States government who seem unconcerned about starting a nuclear war.

There isn’t any magic. In the entire history of the universe there is no chance at all any object with viable life has gone from one star system to another. Why not? Because its too far. Much too far; by a factor of a thousand or ten thousand or more. Distances are absolutely stupendous. Speed is limited because energy required increases by the square of the speed. Ten times speed takes a hundred times energy.
Plus there is the little matter of reaction mass. Impulse equals momentum.

Mankind didn’t even understand aircraft 130 years ago. Where will we be in the year 3000? Could alien life be thousands of years ahead of us in technology? Of course, yet some people think they know everything in the universe already.

Agree. Or you read any SciFi books you’re able to buy or grab. Once the aliens left their cover/appear in the sky/etc., and they are benevolent, and not exploitative, and know how to behave, then – well honestly I would advise them they might be better off on another planet.
