US seizes Russia-flagged oil tanker somewhere off the coast of Scotland. Russia sends submarine fleet to escort the tanker. Russians say the US thinks it can get away with anything. They will require a “punch in the nose” to make them stop, such as sinking some US Coast Guard boats, which should operate near the US coast, not the Scottish one.
