Whllst sanctions almost caused the project to be shelved, Havana has been sourcing chips from discarded Western microwaves and incorpoating them into the weapon. The operator must be careful to use it only for less than one minute at a time to avoid a loud “Ding” issuing from the device and thus alerting Americans to tts presence.

it’s not paranoia, it’s a real weapon, and according to what I have read, since it was first experienced in Havana, about one million people have been targeted, including myself.

Havana Syndrome is actually Early Onset Dementia caused by the terrible diet of Americans. A thirty year old American has probably consumed so many additives/genetically modified wheat and corn and preservatives, that their brains are rapidly deteriorating. I would argue that the Ukraïnian SBU revelations are not that much worse than those by the New York Times about the CIA secret bases. I suspect that the latest specific admissions are aimed at NATO, in order to reinforce the close cooperation with NATO in all Ukraïnian operations. In general, I suspect that some Ukraïnian officials are very upset at NATO for abandoning them after forcing Ukraïne to ditch the Istanbul peace plan.
