Translation: “The car in which journalist Tucker Carlson allegedly travels around Moscow left the Russian Presidential Administration, RIA Novosti correspondent reports.”
Tucker is very popular in Russia, often seen by people here as one of a very few American voices that is still sane, and not inebriated with Ukrainian Kool-Aid.
