It’s regretful that another Trump admin speech, in Germany, could not be fully incorporated into this discussion, because it really goes to the heart of the issue. There was a time when someone like John Bolton would have been subjected to a scathing/skeptical interview that would have fed back into the process. Now, today, with USAid funding a global NewsGuard type operation, everyone – including leaders, stinktanks, military, journalists – is fatally immersed in The Narrative and people of common sense are left wondering, “What the heck is wrong with these people?”
The target of this war was not Russia but Germany and German-Russian relations. I wrote this before. If you understand that Ukraine was seen as part of Russia’s sphere of influence and a Russian ally, then the destruction of Ukraine can be seen as an achievement. Since over 50% of Ukraine’s population spoke Russian as their main language and even more consumed Russian media, you can understand why they could not easily become part of the West. Now, try to look at this as if you were giving a gun to the younger brother of your enemy and forcing him… Read more »
I wrote before that when your understanding of events leads you to believe that our rulers are stupid, you should stop and ask yourself, “Am I right?” Look at Iraq. Officially, we failed there and allowed ISIS to emerge because our rulers were incompetent and made mistakes. However, as I explained in my previous post, what happened in Iraq was not a mistake or a failure—it was intentional. We wanted ISIS, and the West, through the CIA, created it. Now, look at Libya. We destroyed it, and now it is a failed state with active slave markets. Again, we are… Read more »
Re: “or you to think our leaders are stupid, or that the people who own this world and have built hundreds of military bases are stupid, is to be a bit stupid yourself.” Sorry, they are indeed stupid. The above is confusing success with the lack of stupidity. Suppose I decided to turn my family into a criminal organization. If I were very successful and we became a group of master criminals, does that make me “intelligent” and no one would dare call me “stupid”. No, those who called me stupid would still be right. Not being stupid is to… Read more »
I think you’re confusing being smart with being good. I never said they were good people; I said they were smart. They can make people kill each other for their own benefit—that’s not something good, but nonetheless, it’s brilliant.
It’s not brilliant. It’s easy. There’s nothing easier than exploiting the weaknesses of humans. You have abundant material to work with. Like shooting fish in a barrel.
Let these “brilliant, ha ha” people come up with truly creative ideas in physics or mathematics. That is real brilliance. Bill Gates should not be allowed to polish the shoes of Carl Gauss. He is a pathetic jerk and if he were one of my family members I would be embarrassed.
“There’s nothing easier than exploiting the weaknesses of humans.” If you understand the human mind and manipulation so well, why haven’t you already used it to change the world for the better? Since manipulating people is so easy, you should easily be able to break all their manipulations, free humanity, and save the world. I would argue that what they are doing is actually genius and very difficult—making people kill their own brothers for someone else’s benefit is not easy. Fighting against their brilliant manipulation is also not easy. If what they do is so simple, then why haven’t you… Read more »
The people we see on TV—our so-called official leaders—are, as you said, just middle managers. They don’t need to be smart; they simply need to smile and look presentable. They are puppets in a kabuki theater, representing the official narrative and what I call “the world of the naïve.” I still don’t understand how people don’t see through it, especially after the U.S. elected Ronald Reagan, a literal actor, as president. Everything we see on TV is part of this theater, creating a world for the naïve. That’s why it surprises me when people actually listen to these actors—these puppets—and… Read more »
This is a good analysis. One always needs to look behind the curtain to understand what is really going on, especially so when the Self-Chosen Ones are heavily involved.
The target of this war was not Russia but Germany and German-Russian relations. That’s what I thought too. But many on the videos’ comment sections within the past few days seem to conveniently forget that now that Trump is trying to curry favor with Russia. I still remember when Trump tried to sabotage NordStream in his first term. There’s also an allegation that he sent weapons to Ukraine before the SMO. If it wasn’t Trump who had those biolabs built, then who? Biden? Time will tell if and when Putin and Lavrov maintain their dignity and hold the US responsible.… Read more »
It is imho wise to keep eyes open, because maybe Trump is only trying to buy time with all this drastic change of stance; maybe he want to solve the problem with gaza and secure what bibi wants first, so that the russians could not interfere in any of that. Of course the russians could make things dificult for the israelis, but, once gaza stuff is solved, russians would have no leverage other than the war in ukraine and its demands in itself.
Professor, it’s called living in La La Land, which is where 95+% of humans (an “intelligent” species by self declaration) dwell in their supreme insouciance. Pity.
Here is a prescription for European Security. Europe and Russia cooperate instead of fighting. Is this Rocket Science? Duh!!!
