Alex. Sorry you are mistaken. All US military aid must be approved and licensed by the State Department. I have worked these licenses and issues. DoD has no legal authority to provide any aid to any country without State approval. The Generals are flat guilty of treason for disobeying the EO. It appears they are being set up so Trump can relieve them. Also, note Yellen claimed US would be out of money this week as well. Seems a set up.

Greenland. There is a binding treaty that gives the US complete military access without condition. The treaty is absolute without conditions. The f’n Danes and EU have tried to make all kinds of claims and conditions for years. Both have tried to block access and expansions for years. Nothing unusual for Euro bureaucrats. Recall the Danes spend $500 million per year to keep 57,000 people in Greenland. Half a billion. Yet, they spend crap on NATO. Hence, the present situation.
