Has anyone noticed the last image and caption is from Tony Cartalucci? That was the pen name for Brian Berletic from The New Atlas on You Tube. I’d say that adds to the credibility of the photo.

The Taliban were formed by the Pakistani ISI around the 1995/96 time period. So it was not the Taliban that met Reagan but it was the CIA allied Afghan Mujahideen warlords. Another Ghost of Taliban fable.
