Seems that way here in Canada too. I’ve never met someone with an original thought irl. In the case of university level boomers I’ve known, they seem to have been so browbeaten into conformity to the point that the cognitive dissonance has become part of their nature. It seems to me that they’ve learned from a very young age to not question authority and it terrifies them when others do, so they just turn off and repeat msm talking points.
