The Atomic Bombings Justification Hoax

Tales of the American Empire produced two tales with strong evidence that Japan sought to surrender for months prior to the dropping of two atomic bombs. See these tales linked in the description, which also destroy the myth that Japan surrendered unconditionally. The Potsdam declaration stated that Japan’s armed forces must surrender unconditionally, not its government. Japan’s conditional offer allowed its emperor and his government to remain in power.

This was accepted only after two different types of atomic bombs could be dropped. The United States government had spent a huge sum to develop atomic bombs and needed to justify that expenditure, and wanted many more. In addition, the Soviet Union had evolved into a superpower and an atomic bomb demonstration would be intimidating.

Japan was clearly defeated by 1945. The naval blockade caused dwindling food and fuel supplies while aerial bombings occurred daily and aerial sea mining halted most inter-island trade. Navy admirals wanted to wait for the pain on Japan to increase to encourage surrender, but General Douglas MacArthur insisted on landing forces on mainland Japan as soon as possible.

This was likely a hoax. American leaders planned to accept Japan’s surrender offer as soon as the two atomic bombs could be dropped. They had secretly distributed a very detailed plan for the occupation of Japan three months earlier, called Operation Blacklist. American leaders knew that dropping the bombs would result in harsh criticism at home since Japan was already defeated. They wanted a justification so insisted on an invasion plan that could result in over a million American casualties. This allowed them to announce that dropping the atomic bombs saved a million American lives.
