this is a poor analysis — alexander is far too invested in the Uk to really give anything like a decent report — 2 simple points: how would the liz truss example deter sunak from cutting Ukraine as she was rabid for helping zelensky. Secondly britain has been in decline since 1945 the elite have always sort to manage the decline and the only opportunity to change this was Alexander’s hero Thatcher but of course what AM doesn’t mention is that she blew the opportunity provided by north sea gas on tax cuts — she could have done what norway… Read more »

UK IS DOOMED, simple as that.

The British Empire is NO MORE, and the reason are the sheeps who let their country run by minions of Klaus Schwab and other jews. THAT’S IT, or you may AGAIN try to prove me wrong.

Unfortunately for you, I’M NEVER WRONG

Good points but I find insufficient, regarding tax cuts and the decline of Britain. allow me to elaborate, please. I say the decline of Britain is because of the idea floated into Thatchers mind by her US adviser(s), e.g the man Bernie, I think his popular first name was, that Britain is to become a ‘service economy’. and from then until now, its industry has been deliberately destroyed. I’ll tell you what a service economy is : its people going shopping and checking out for groceries at a automatic till, in Britain buying apples at twice the price from Johannesburg,… Read more »

Aye, well said. A country that does not manufacture is a country that withers and dies.

Thatcher’s mandate was to smash the UK’s manufacturing base to turn the country into a service economy, which she did very successfully. It was because she wasn’t prepared to sign its sovereignty away at Maastricht she had to go but the damage had been done.

We are still living in the “Age of Stupidity”. No end in sight.
We are still operating under Evolution 1.0: Random and uncontrolled breeding.

The above are certainly related. What do we expect under those conditions?
Look around you. More of the same. And it doesn’t look good.

Sunak has no idea how to solve this black hole of government debt. People are already suffering from inflation and russian sanctions backfiring. The hubris always say first the sauer and later the sweet.

Had they blamed Biden, or actually his handlers, aka the Deep State, and of course previous governments over the decades, for the intractable malaise which the UK now finds itself in, they would have been 100% correct! Your entire discussion can only lead to one conclusion; that the entire system, including governments across the globe, the UN, the entire financial system, all the think tanks, and all the corollaries involved in controlling governments, have absolutely ZERO legitimacy! They are a deliberately constructed control system of exploitation and oppression. The ancient Athenians would cringe in horror at what in today’s world… Read more »

Britain’s elite men – products of class privilege/public school/City of London – are brainwashed from the cradle to believe that Britain is a world power and MUST be in the forefront of manipulated global politics (hence the involvement of Britain’s intelligence community in most regime change machinations). Until we get rid of that hangover from the days of the British Empire and that belief that Britain must be pre-eminent in world power-plays, we will be dragged down into the pits of hell, along with every other country that has blindly followed the US and the whim of crazed billionaires.
