There weren’t any Americans armed and ready to protect people like Gary at all costs, but thankfully there will always be plenty of Americans armed with cameras to make a profit off their story and death.

Aye, they decide. The Deciders decide, the insects provide. I didn’t watch the Assange movie because I’d heard it was a smear op, but I caught the Snowden one purely out of interest in the differences between him and Julian. Nothing gets made without cult approval, and if it does rub people the wrong way they can just have their scribes ignore it and write about something else.
