The idea of “Article 5” like guarantees being offered to Ukraine is absurd. But if they were offered, how would anything change? Kiev could immediately complain of being invaded – but who would bell the cat?
All this discussion of peace terms is really funny, as the only party who has any say in the matter is the winner: Russia.
How is the EU to “shun” Belgium when their HQ is in Brussels? It might have to be shut down for health reasons, or something.
