My dear friends, I am from Serbia. I wish I had the same hope your guest has. But Serbia has the biggest migrant problem from all of Europe. What this gentleman says is correct.  It suits Serbia to have status quo on Kosovo. The only one suffering are the Albanians and they have so far lost over 40% to migration. You would be lucky to have 900,000 left in Kosovo. Whoever told you that migrants from all over Europe are being dumped in Serbia is talking rubbish. There are about 4,000 to 5,000 in Serbia and these are kept in compounds and the ongoing cost is met by Brussels not Belgrade. These people do not want to stay in Serbia. They want the EU. The coming financial collapse and possible break up of the USA is going to have a massive impact on all U.S puppet regimes right around the world. Serbia needs to stay close to Russia and China and hopefully ride out a very bad period in history where the west overplayed their hand in trying to destroy Serbia, Russia and any other country that was not with the West on their imperialistic ambitions.
