Russia is probably reducing use of their powerful missiles bc 1/ they’re dominant and don’t need more momentum, 2/ cheaper drones work bc little to no air defense, 3/ avoid possible propaganda hits, 4/ building stockpiles for what is almost certainly going to be a broader war.
