If Ukraine wants a winning strategy, they would quickly muster horses, and communicate by conch; groups could disperse through woodland and join in numbers at a signal from the shell. Technology blinds them, but more so, money, personal enrichment. Its no national struggle.
Artilliary can be pulled by horses, and they don’t need transporting by rail or need diesel.
