Alexander is a true friend of the peoples of the world! His anylysis is not perfect allways, but motly so.
I agree, however this critic of Putin sound like Putin takes the decisions alone… forgetting such decisions are taken together with his security team… I am sure the The general staff proposes various scenarios and give recommendations.. and Shoigu and Gerasimo are giving their advise too… so it not one man but a team… except for the responsibility that one falls to Puting.
Besides… relying on Militia to fight majority of the ground battles.. has perhaps overextended them and they are bit battle tired… no time to rest as the Russia troops and Chechen troops have or are given…
