The real plan was commenced almost eighty years ago. The plan was to destroy Russia and take all its stuff. Nothing has changed. That is still the plan. ‘Negotiating’ with the US is pointless(how did Hillary’s ‘reset button’ work out for Russia?).
DoD wants to continue the war. Good for business. Problem is DoD does not have any extra drawdown. No extra any weapons systems. US military units have already lost their equipment with no replacements. Ammunition is in short supply. Presidential drawdown is of extra logistics equipment etc. There are none. DoD and NSC lied in the past to provide equipment that was not legally draw down. Now the situation is problematic. If Trumps trade war fails then a hot war with China is quite real.
