Absolutely. Just the other day, a 16-year-old boy from Kharkov received a military summons for the Ukrainian army, singed by a V. Arapa.
They 16 year old Ukrainian uploaded a video of himself from his mobile phone, discussing that he had also buried his father who died in the war. They boy then said “Now, they decided to finish me off”…. “You left me no choice”
The boy then preceded to hang himself, rather than been sent to the Bakhmut slaughter house.
