Dr. Pascal Lottaz from Neutrality Studies has an excellent analysis of the latest speech from Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov in a session at the United Nations Security Council on July 16 where hecalls for more multipolarity and less dominance from the United States.

Here is what Pascal writes about his latest video:

Sergey Lavrov Russia’s diplomatic master mind was at it again. He used Russia’s 1 month presidency of the Security Council to call in a meeting on “Multilateral cooperation for a more just, democratic and sustainable world order” and chaired that himself.

If you have been following this channel you know that this is not the first time at all that the Russian’s are doing this, they just set multilateralism on the agenda and force Western Powers to sit there and listen while they lay out their visions for a more equitable international order.
