The Spengler article in New Asia Times is obviously a spoof. Spengler is a most intelligent and entertaining writer…look up his past articles….seances with Cardinal Richelieu, eg. Using the Chatham House Rules he is able to invent a supposed meeting without having to disclose who was there. Most unlikely that a known bolshie writer like Spengler would have been invited, lol.
