Russia has adapted with import substitution so sanctions are futile

The new 17th package of sanctions by the Europeans will have no effect on Russia as they have adapted with the import substitution policies and alternative suppliers. After WWII ended Europe, along with the US, actually became the Nazi party. Not in name, but in actions. Russia and China are the free countries in reality, and the US and Europe are the Nazis. Now the Nazis want to take over the world by destroying China and Russia, but it will be a daunting task, and one that is highly doubtful.
