JObbing means working for pecuniary reward. The Ukrainian general is only talking about himself, after all. He means he can’t honourably resign or surrender as a political appointee, and will go on ordering his men to their certain miserable futile death, “No Matter What”. Those soldiers are fighting for Monsanto and the gay disco, but they don’t know it, which accounts for their continued bravery.
