Thank you, Alexander! I cannot cheer you enough for your perspective on the ICJ versus the ICC. Having worked in war crimes litigation with Canada’s Ministry of Justice and with the UNICTY, I often feel that the ICJ is underused for many important issues, for which the international community could receive some benchmark guidance. Consider just Iraq and Russia, for example, if I may. IF the ICJ and ICC do NOT stand up for the Palestinians, and side with the West, then the populations of at least mainland Europe are likely to be in very serious trouble in the coming decade or two.
