The so-called ‘International Court’ has no police force of its own, relying upon member nations. If South Afica cannot issue guarantee to Putin, along with the invite, then that’s because they are indeed ‘bowing to the pressure’, or at least incapable of controlling hteir own army and police. In failing to issue firm confirmation of Putin’s safety in that respect. That bow, strengthens the Court’s dirty work. As for safety of international flights, it’s little difference form flying most paces other than to fdriendly countries bordering Russia.
