I don’t think you want to be another Miss Chuckles. I find these meaningless chuckles to be a sign of extreme feelings of insecurity. I find this more often in women than men, when they deep down know they are stupid and ignorant, but try to cover up the fact that they have nothing intelligent or meaningful to say with unprovoked giggles and chuckles.

I have just read an article on a huge consignment of Stingers that has been wiped out by the Russian Spetsnaz forces as they arrived in Ukraine from Poland. The article talks about a convoy of over 300 Stingers destroyed, together with the troops transporting them.
