Scott Ritter has made the case that this incursion was a NATO invasion of Russia. It is now obvious that this invasion was specially equipped with NATO equipment, and that NATO tactics are being implemented. Russia claims to have identified US, French, and Polish speaking troops inside Russia, and that they have attacked Russian civilian’s.
