According to Mr Burns, Russia will come to “chafe” in its subordinate relationship to China. That’s wrong, of course: all other nations must be subordinate to the USA.

Russia and China should promote the narrative that the European countries are “chafing” at their subordinate relationship to the US. I would also include Japan and S Korea in that narrative and be sure to include all the examples of the US exploiting its so called allies….
I do not believe that Russia will ever have a “subordinate relationship to China.” Only the West sees things as vertical – one always dominating another. But not as Russia and China will relate – partners against a common enemy, supporting each other in achieving a common goal.
