He licked his finger and stuck it in the air and said it’s like Soviet era weather reporting, it’s today and anything can happen to the weather. I remember a few years before the SMO started, when Putin gave his state of the union address. He was showing the reporters the weapons they were developing, although obviously keeping the best out of it, and the generals from the West were sitting with open mouths as they admitted they had nothing like this and would take years before they could develop them.
