Poland’s Reparation DEMANDS Against Russia EXPOSED

Recently in the news we had the EU claiming that Russia would have to pay reparations to the Ukraine over the conflict there, then at a meeting in Germany between the Chancellor Alexander Metz and Poland’s Prime Minister Donald Tusk. The Polish PM demanded reparations from Germany for damage the Nazi’s caused to his country in the second World War.

Now Poland has also expressed a desire to claim Russia’s frozen assets, citing “reparations” for the so called crimes of USSR against the country and the so called “45 years of occupation until 1990”. Rhod Mackenzie looks at how Poland is demanding reparations some 80 years after the end of WW2.

Another freaking case of history revisionism. It pisses me off so freaking much!!! I don’t fully agree with reparations against Russia, but this bullshit history revisionism, and the bullshit spewed out by people who don’t know history at all, is unbearable. Now let’s start with this bullshit he said: 1:21 “Now, the damage is intended to cover the period from 1939, when some areas previously occupied by the Poles were incorporated into the USSR, to the early 1990s, when the Soviet troops finally withdrew from Poland.” “Soviets incorporated Polish lands”? So sending troops, killing people, and taking land is not… Read more »

There’s a place for revisionism because so much of what we are “told” about history falls into that old saying, “History is written by the victors”. Never mind it being the truth. And if you can demand reparations for something that occurred eighty years ago why not demand reparations for something that occurred eight hundred years ago. Or eight thousand? It’s absurd. To expect the grand children of those who were involved in some heinous act to bear the cost of said act is in itself a form of generational punishment and theft. It has to stop.

I understand your point. I wrote that I am not supporting reparations from Russia. I also explained I don’t blame Russia for plundering Poland, since they were destroyed themselves and it’s normal they wanted to first rebuild their own country, and it would be naive to want Russia to rebuild Poland before they rebuilt their own state. It only pisses me off that they whitewash their own history and do historical revision and lies, which is the thing I am most disappointed about with Putin. While I think Poland was the good guy during WW2, I also explained how the… Read more »
