Good grief. Ukraine can’t even ‘liberate’ themselves, let alone the continent of Africa! Kuleba is mad. Maybe they are very aware that the US is going to pull out from all the funding that they have been sending to Ukraine, so Kuleba is contemplating offering what remains of the Ukrainian Army as a mercenary force in Africa to fight another proxy war fro the US. That way they can keep the money coming in?
