The presence of N Korean soldiers in Kursk, and the blockade simulation of Taiwan by China, indicates that both countries are now actively preparing for war. It makes perfect sense for the N Koreans to want to familiarize themselves with western weapons and tactics in a real life manor to prepare for war with the west. Alexander, you might be overlooking the possibility that Ukraïne has been working on an operational nuclear bomb from day one, when President Zelenskiy spoke about them in 2021 or 2022. So, when Zelenskiy mentions two weeks, he might be taking into account that two year preparation time that you yourself indicate.
