North Korean leader sends fraternal greetings to President Putin for Russia Day

North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un has sent a message to Russian President President Putin congratulating him on Russia Day, the main patriotic holiday of the Russian summer.

The message read,

“Please accept my heartfelt congratulations to you and your people on the occasion of the Russia Day national holiday…. I wish you success in your responsible work of building a powerful Russia, of protecting its security and interests for the sake of the welfare and prosperity of your people”.

Kim also expressed his desire that the historically good relations between Moscow and Pyongyang should continue into the future.

At a guess,perhaps N Korea wants to be a SCO member? and why not,they must be fed up of being persecuted all the time by the west.
