Muammar Gaddafi in English AI Reconstruction (Let’s Listen to the “Hitler” of My Youth, Whom We Killed)

I was too young to understand the world when Saddam was the “Hitler” and when we killed him. But when they targeted Gaddafi, I already knew about 9/11, PNAC, the Iraq War, opium in Afghanistan, and a lot more. For example, when the Ukraine conflict started, I didn’t know much about the Yugoslav War, but later I learned about it via Michael Parenti. However, I remembered Libya, so when the West started writing about Russia using rape as a weapon, I recalled the same claims made about Gaddafi, which I pointed out:

Rape has reportedly become a weapon in Ukraine. Finding justice may be difficult

Widespread allegations of rape at the hands of Russian soldiers have been coming out of Ukraine. Experts say rape in conflict is often used to pursue strategic aims.

U.S. envoy: Gaddafi troops raping, issued Viagra

The U.S. envoy to the United Nations told the Security Council on Thursday that troops loyal to Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi were increasingly engaging in sexual violence and some had been issued the impotency drug Viagra, diplomats said.

The same narrative was used in Yugoslavia, which I didn’t know at the time, but was well described by Michael Parenti long ago:

(41:45)

I don’t know of any war where rapes are not committed, which is not to dismiss such awful things as rape. Two rapes are two too many. But the San Francisco Chronicle had a headline that said, “Rape is an official Serb policy, Kosovo refugees say.” Oh, they know about official policy? You read down two columns and finally get to the official who says there have only been rapes numbering in the dozens—very few dozens, as a matter of fact. Very few dozens of rapes—that’s not an official policy. If Bill Clinton is looking to stop very few dozens of rapes, well, that’s a slow two months in Washington, D.C. He could start much closer to home. He could concentrate on Capitol Hill, as a matter of fact, or even closer.

It’s so touching to see our leaders finally, finally concerned about rape. It is so, so touching. But it’s so odd that they’ve got to look so far away to go fight this crime.

“Go forth and rape,” a Bosnian Serb commander was quoted throughout our media as saying—an official policy. And the Bosnian Serb army, which numbered only about 30,000 men at the time, was accused of having raped from 25,000 to 100,000 Muslim women. That’s an army involved in bitter, desperate military force. Again, we should have said, “Wait a minute, what’s going on here? What are these stories about?”

But the Serb commander’s name was never found. They never produced who the Serbian commander was. They never were able to trace that. They traced it back to Ruder Finn, right? That special PR group that was so happy and boasted about how it had convinced much of the progressive community in America that there was genocide, ethnic cleansing, and mass rape going on. And when they were questioned about the unverifiable, unconfirmed nature of the reports, they said, “Our goal is public relations. We’re not here to get confirmation, and we achieved our goal.”

This phenomenon was well described in the Yugoslavia conflict by Parenti a long time ago, but it is still repeated in Libya and Ukraine. People know nothing and remember nothing; this is why stuff like that can repeat. A 30,000-strong army of men raping 25,000 to 100,000 Muslims while in active combat, Gaddafi giving Viagra to soldiers to make them rape, and the same lie was used in Ukraine:

Russian soldiers are supplied with Viagra to rape Ukrainian women and ‘dehumanize’ them, claims UN official

Pramila Patten, the UN’s special representative on sexual violence in conflict, told AFP that rape by Russian soldiers is “a military strategy.”

Gaddafi ‘supplies troops with Viagra to encourage mass rape’, claims diplomat

US ambassador Susan Rice has also said, without offering evidence, that Iran was helping Syria to suppress dissent

How can people believe things like that? And it doesn’t matter that after the war in Libya, all that was disproven; when the same accusations were used against Russia, they were blindly believed again. It didn’t matter that the accusations against Libya were false or didn’t make any strategic or logical sense—they were still blindly believed.

Now, listening to Gaddafi—the “Hitler” of my youth—the saddest thing is hearing him praise and put hope in Obama, the person who later killed him.

“Man-made and natural epidemics and nuclear proliferation—perhaps influenza H1N1 was a virus created in a laboratory that got out of control, originally meant as a military weapon.”
(Interesting, and he said it in 2009, before COVID.)

“Another matter that should be voted on in the General Assembly is that of compensation for countries that were colonized, to prevent the colonization of a continent, the usurpation of its rights, and the pillaging of its wealth from happening again. Why are Africans going to Europe? Why are Asians going to Europe? Why are Latin Americans going to Europe? It is because Europe colonized those peoples and stole the material and human resources of Africa, Asia, and Latin America—the oil, minerals, uranium, gold, and diamonds; the fruit, vegetables, and livestock; and the people—and used them.

Now, new generations of Asians, Latin Americans, and Africans are seeking to reclaim that stolen wealth, as they have the right to do. At the Libyan border, I recently stopped 1,000 African migrants headed for Europe. I asked them why they were going there. They told me it was to take back their stolen wealth, that they would not be leaving otherwise. Who can restore the wealth that was taken from us? If you decide to restore all of this wealth, there will be no more immigration from the Philippines, Latin America, Malaysia, and India.

Let us have the wealth that was stolen from us. Africa deserves $777 trillion in compensation from the countries that colonized it. Africans will demand that amount, and if you do not give it to them, they will go to where you have taken those trillions of dollars. They have the right to do so. They have to follow that money and bring it back.”

I do not agree with compensation. I mean, it would be nice and fair, but I am surprised he was so naive to even mention it. The most I would hope for in his place is equal treatment; hoping for compensation is a little naive.

“Addressing a somewhat sensitive issue, I should like to make an aside. We Africans are happy and proud indeed that a son of Africa is now President of the United States of America. That is a historic event. Now, in a country where Blacks once could not mingle with Whites in cafes or restaurants or sit next to them on a bus, the American people have elected as their president a young Black man, Mr. Obama of Kenyan heritage. That is a wonderful thing, and we are proud; it marks the beginning of a change.

However, as far as I am concerned, Obama is a temporary relief for the next 4 or 8 years. I am afraid that we may then go back to square one. No one can guarantee how America will be governed after Obama. We would be content if Obama could remain President of the United States of America forever. The statement that he just made shows that he is completely different from any American president that we have seen.

American presidents used to threaten us with all manner of weapons, saying that they would send us Desert Storm, Grapes of Wrath, Rolling Thunder, and poisonous roses for Libyan children. That was their approach. American presidents used to threaten us with operations such as Rolling Thunder sent to Vietnam, Desert Storm sent to Iraq, Musketeer sent to Egypt in 1956, even though America opposed it, and the poisonous roses visited upon Libyan children by Reagan. Can you imagine? One would have thought that presidents of a large country with a permanent seat on the Security Council and the right of veto would have protected us and sent us peace. And what did we get instead? Laser-guided bombs carried to us on F-111 aircraft. This was their approach: ‘We will lead the world whether you like it or not and will punish anyone who opposes us.’

What our son Obama said today is completely different. He made a serious appeal for nuclear disarmament, which we applaud. He also said that America alone could not solve the problems facing us and that the entire world should come together to do so. He said that we must do more than we are doing now, which is making speeches. We agree with that and applaud it. He said that we had come to the United Nations to talk against one another. It is true that when we come here, we should communicate with one another on an equal footing. And he said that democracy should not be imposed from outside. Until recently, American presidents have said that democracy should be imposed on Iraq and other countries. He said that this was an internal affair. He spoke truly when he said that democracy cannot be imposed from outside.”

I genuinely feel sad hearing him say that, knowing he would later be killed by Obama.

“The General Assembly, Mr. Ali, should open an investigation into the assassination files in addition to the war files. Who killed Patrice Lumumba, and why? We merely want to record it in the annals of African history. We want to know how an African leader, a liberator, came to be assassinated. Who killed him? We want our sons to be able to read the history of how Patrice Lumumba, the hero of Congo’s liberation struggle, was assassinated. We want to know the facts, even 50 years on. That is one file that should be reopened.**

And who killed Secretary-General Hammarskjöld? Who fired on his airplane in 1961, and why? Then there is the assassination of United States President Kennedy in 1963. We want to know who killed him and why. There was somebody called Lee Harvey Oswald, who was then killed by one Jack Ruby. Why did he kill him? Jack Ruby, an Israeli, killed Lee Harvey Oswald, who killed Kennedy. Why did this Israeli kill Kennedy’s killer? Then Jack Ruby, the killer of the killer of Kennedy, died in mysterious circumstances before he could be tried.

We must open the files. The whole world knows that Kennedy wanted to investigate the Israeli Dimona nuclear reactor. This involves international peace and security and weapons of mass destruction. That is why we should open this file.”
Interesting, isn’t it?

54:07
“Today, there is swine flu; perhaps tomorrow, there will be fish flu because sometimes we produce viruses by controlling them. It is a commercial business—capitalist companies produce viruses so that they can generate and sell vaccinations. That is very shameful and poor ethics. Vaccinations and medicine should not be sold.**

In the Green Book, I maintain that medicines should not be sold or subject to commercialization. Medicines should be free of charge, and vaccinations should be given free to children. But capitalist companies produce the viruses and vaccinations and want to make a profit. Why are they not free of charge? We should give them free of charge and not sell them.

The entire world should strive to protect our people, create and manufacture vaccinations, and give them free to children and women, not profit from them. All those items are on the agenda of the General Assembly, which has only to exercise that duty.”
Interesting, isn’t it? He said this in 2009, before COVID.

58:02
“Agriculture, industry, and irrigation—you are the ones who made it a crisis. You put it on the altar; you wanted to sacrifice Darfur so that you could interfere in its internal affairs. You have turned the Hariri problem into a United Nations problem. You are selling Hariri’s corpse; you just want to settle scores with Syria. Lebanon is an independent state; it has laws, courts, a judiciary, and police. At this stage, it is no longer the perpetrators that are being sought; the real wish is to settle scores with Syria, not to ensure justice for Hariri.**

The cases of Khalil al-Wazir, Lumumba, Kennedy, and Hammarskjöld should also have been turned over to the United Nations if the Hariri case merits such attention. The General Assembly is now under the presidency of Libya. This is our right. Libya hopes that you will assist in making the transition from a world fraught with crisis and tension to a world in which humanity, peace, and tolerance prevail. I will personally follow up on this issue with the General Assembly President and the Secretary-General. It is not our habit to compromise when it comes to the destiny of humanity and the struggles of the Third World and the hundred small nations which should live in peace always.”

And then we kill him. But it’s not the first time we did such a thing. Here is a short introduction to socialism which many people don’t understand, containing anecdotes about similar actions we took in Chile in the ’70s:

(19:56)
“This kind of response wasn’t welcomed by everyone, though. Allow me to pull quotes from a particular document, the Church Commission Report on Chile, one of the few documents released by the American government about the extent of its intelligence agency’s intervention in a foreign country. These are all things the U.S. is actually admitting to:

Covert American activity was a factor in almost every major election in Chile in the decade between 1963 and 1973. In several instances, the United States’ intervention was massive. The 1964 presidential election was the most prominent example of a large-scale election project. The CIA spent more than $2.6 million ($24 million in today’s dollars) in support of the opposition. More than half of the Christian Democratic candidate’s campaign was financed by the United States.

The most extensive covert action activity in Chile was propaganda. It was relatively cheap. In addition to buying propaganda piecemeal, the station often purchased it wholesale by subsidizing Chilean media organizations friendly to the United States. The CIA supported or even founded friendly media outlets that might not have existed otherwise. The United States’ covert efforts to affect the course of Chilean politics reached a peak in 1970. The CIA was directed to undertake an effort to promote a military coup in Chile to prevent the accession to power of Salvador Allende.

In summary, the White House, intelligence community, multinational corporations, and military wasted millions trying to stop a popular candidate from getting elected in a democratic election. When it failed, they wasted more millions trying to depose the president who had improved Chile by nearly every metric. Their first coup attempt in 1970 failed, but three years later, U.S. efforts succeeded. Allende was ousted as president, opting to take his own life rather than be captured when the Chilean army, funded by the CIA, took over the presidential building. What followed was a new era of American puppet government that imprisoned, tortured, and killed hundreds of thousands of people. And Allende’s story isn’t unique; similar stories can be found worldwide wherever socialist alternatives began to succeed.”

You somehow managed to cram multiples of generations into this essay — an essay which not only hurts those who were desperately hurt and even destroyed — but also the many others who had no idea of how they were cheated and lied to, how they’d been lead by the nose decade after decade, by those they’d regarded as upstanding leaders — when in reality, they were filthy dirty, godless-ly ruthless thugs — lackeys of the colonial masters they served — the “mighty” few, ever conquering and enslaving the vulnerable many — breeding hatred via race, culture and creed — in… Read more »

Muammar Gaddafi was extremely naïve, and somewhat stupid, for not having the wisdom and critical thinking skills, to not see his future executioner (Obama), for what he truly was.

Gaddafi simply bought into the whole psychological operation by the lüggenpresse, that built a cult of personality around Obama, which was so blatantly obvious to many of us at the time, but unfortunately for Muammar Gaddafi, he was blinded by his African nationalism and his incompetent Libyan secret services, which led to his downfall.

I agree that he’d been blinded by African nationalism, but deep thinking and economically highly astute, Gadaffi was innocent to the ruthless ways of the West and the cabal they’d always served. Furthermore, when you consider how many nations had over multiples of decades been taken in by the forever warmongering USA, also thinking that Obama was the real deal, when during his second term, he became known as the “drone king” president with a kill list operating from DC, which at the press of a computer button, incinerated innocent women and children in Yemen! Also take into account, the… Read more »

I became aware of the country of Libya and the leader of this nation ,Muammar Gaddafi , when NATO started bombing the country .I researched and found out much on geopolitics and the machinations of powerful but criminal states . Muammar was eccentric yes ,but he was not despotic .They demonized the man as experts in that field were and are so adept in doing , with lies, innuendos , mostly all falsehoods . This I learned through the process of finding out who Muammar Gaddafi really was and what he did for his nation of Libya ,with plans for… Read more »
