I must admit, rather belatedly, that I fail to see why the Ukrainians should not wage unrestricted war against Russia and its people. Especially its armed forces. I understand the logic behind the term “Special Military Operation”, but from the Ukrainian point of view it is really just a war.
This is a slippery slope tactic, especially considering the Russians have the Oreshnik hypersonic missile, which could be used at any time, to assassinate ALL those sitting in Ukraine’s parliament.
Incidentally, If the Americans, Israelis, British, French, Polish or Ukrainians had the Oreshnik hypersonic missile, I am confident they they would already have used it on the Russian leadership.
Very true. I should have said in my comment that I was talking only about the moral and legal aspects. Practically speaking, I agree that it’s unwise to provoke escalation.

Lt-General Kirillov announced on several occasions that Russian investigators had found numerous US-funded biolabs in Ukraine, together with evidence of DNA-specific bioweapons “tuned” to kill Russians. (A stupid idea because Russians are incredibly diverse genetically).
As far as I can tell, from any perspective, the Ukraïnian government has a record of duplicity that is impossible to ignore. That is why it makes sense for President Trump to ignore them completely. I also suspect that this is why President Zelenskiy is not rescinding his anti-negotiation decree, since he would no longer be trusted anyway, no matter what he said.
Before humanity is wiped off the earth, it would be great to hear a full airing of “highly sensitive” topics like these Ukr bio labs and who is ~really running US foreign policy and the Pentagon.
