Speaker Johnson will face pressure to bring the bill to the floor for a vote. If that happens, it would likely pass. Nearly all Democrats will vote for it and some Republicans would too, resulting in passage. But expect Johnson to say that his complete focus is on the next bill to fund the government to avoid a shutdown.
