Obviously the World Economic Forum know something that the rest of us don’t, Alex, as it has already announced on its website that Kevin McCarthy is the Majority Leader of the House of Representatives. And he has a nice smiley picture on the WEF website, like all the rest of the criminal fraternity (no number underneath though). Right on cue, Trump goes on Twitter and endorses him too! Obviously Kevin has proved to the powers-that-be that he can responsibly carry on with the money laundering and insider trading responsibilities that go with the job.
