The US Ukraine development agreement sounds nearly identical to what the USG forced upon Iraq. To this day, the USG controls Iraqs finances and minerals. The Ukraine text is probably from the Iraqi text. The goal is either the USG takes over Ukraine 100% or Ukraine is abandoned. Most likely the intent is to provide the excuse to allow Zelensky to lose on the battlefield to the Russians. The UK and France may well go down with Ukraine dragging down the EU. Seeing that the US started this with their original attempt at regime change in the early part of this century and caused absolute mayhem in 2014, they’ve got a nerve to say: ‘if you don’t do this, we’ll walk away and leave you to pick up the pieces’. Of course it is typical of their behaviour towards other nations, where they’ve got fed up and walked off..
