So, Gilbert Doctorow is saying that the reason Azerbaijan is arresting Russian journalists is because Russia never apologized for shooting down the Azerbaijan plane 6 months ago. Any truth to that? But actually it doesn’t even matter. Alex is correct — it’s all about getting Russia to escalate.
