Austin’s comments and reasonings are very revealing, especially since he appears to be ready to act against Iran just on their basis. When reviewing the destruction of the Nord Stream pipelines, the same reasoning and wording applies just as easily to the United States, from which any observer can conclude that this terrorist act was indeed carried out by the US.

I’m still not convinced this is the real Lloyd Austin.
It would be wonderful for Orban to take Hungary out of the EU, but he has to contend with the president and with public opinion. If the population wants to stay, there is little he can do.
