Putin has been right I acknowledge against the odds playing Russian Roulette. But with the Kursk debacle, Putin must consider from his knowledge and understanding to date that the only sure option of securing Russian Security is to play Russian Roulette with all chambers loaded by the Medvedev and Army option of securing the Black Sea to the Polish Border.
