Seymour Hersh no longer has any credibility. He is an old fool that has become the tool of the CIA. Whatever he says is completely irrelevant.
Either Mr Hersh has experienced a mental collapse, or he has taken the CIA’s shilling. The alleged Gerasimov quotation is obviously made up by an enemy of Russia. They have overdone it so comically that it is a glaringly obvious fake.
That raises the question why Mr Hersh has cited it.
