It does not matter how much the EU or US increase Military spending, because the underlying problem with both is the corruption of their Military Industrial Complexes. Both Europe and the US have massive corruption problems where most of any military budgets are stolen by Military Contractors, and much of the stolen money funneled back to government via bribes of various kinds. This corruption system is decades and decades old, and has become systemic throughout.
