Jared Kushner is to Trump as Martin Bormann was to Hitler

In 1941, after Hitler’s Deputy Rudolf Hess flew to Scotland in an unwise attempt to negotiate an agreement for Britain to stay out of the war, Martin Bormann quietly assumed supreme power in Germany under Hitler; and further consolidated power with the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich in Prague.

By 1942 many (even in Germany) did not know that Bormann was now Hitler’s defacto Deputy, having complete control over the Nazi party, and Germany’s complex network of security services, and the SS, after blackmailing Himmler regarding Himmler’s own deviant personal life.

Likewise, all efforts were made by Donald Trump in his 2024 campaign to prevent knowledge that Jared Kushner would be his closest advisor during Trump’s second term, and gatekeeper for Trump. During campaign 2024, and due to Kushner’s unpopularity with the general public, the major media  went so far as to claim that Kushner would not join Trump’s second regime. [1]

Despite Kushner’s general unpopularity with the public, the reason for keeping him in the background during campaign 2024 is much deeper, and relates to Kushner’s failed “Abraham Accords” on behalf of Israel’s Greater Israel Project, and covert affiliation with Israel’s leaders.

To the point, Kushner’s quiet assumption of power during Trump’s second regime, is somewhat analogous to that of Bormann quietly assuming supreme political power under Hitler. Similarities between Bormann and Kushner include the manner in which Jared Kushner has consolidated political power within the Trump regime, ousting all others who once had Trump’s ear, when that influence did not please Kushner and his Israel-first agenda.

A most recent example is that of David Sacks, Trump’s Crypto Boss, who has announced his departure from the regime, after falling out of favor with Kushner due to Sack’s objections to the Kushner-Netanyahu war on Iran. [Israeli regime media Axios has further reporting ironically sensationalized by the dearly departed Steve Bannon (ie departed from the Trump sphere).]

The significant personalities (with former political power) who fell out of favour with Kushner include Tucker Carlson, Steve Bannon, and JD Vance:

Tucker Carlson

AI reports:
‘Yes, Jared Kushner and Tucker Carlson have clashed repeatedly over the years, primarily due to Carlson’s view of Kushner as a “liberal” moderating force who undermines President Trump’s core instincts and betrays his base.
Their conflict has centered on several key areas:

Major Points of Contention

Protest Response (2020): During the George Floyd protests, Carlson launched a scathing on-air attack against Kushner, accusing him of talking Trump out of a “crackdown” on rioters. Carlson famously stated, “No one has more contempt for Donald Trump’s voters than Jared Kushner does”.

Foreign Policy & Iran (2026): More recently, Carlson has blamed Kushner and his influence for escalatory policies toward Iran. Carlson suggested that Kushner’s ties to religious movements like Chabad encouraged conflict with Iran to serve religious objectives in Jerusalem — claims that critics have labelled as conspiracy theories.

Ideological Divide: Carlson has frequently castigated Kushner as an “apostate” or a “liberal in disguise”. He argued that Kushner’s presence in the White House was responsible for the administration’s “weakness” in responding to domestic crises.’

In an ultimate irony, Bannon has called out “good riddance” to  Crypto Boss David Sacks. as being an affiliate of Kushner.  And in a direct affront to Kushner, Bannon has called for Netanyahu’s son — and sons of the Gulf US Fiefdom Sultans — to be sent to the front lines in the US/Israel war on Iran.

Bannon had been an obstacle to Kushner’s Israel-first agenda for two years, during Trump’s first term, until Kushner managed oust Bannon.

Vice-President J.D. Vance

Iran Diplomatic Dispute

While Vance and Kushner are said to be aligned in regard to the US-Israeli war on Iran, a diplomatic wedge occurred when Iran claimed to prefer Vance over Kushner, for future negotiations about resolving the war.

In typical Beltway (and Bormann) style, Kushner back-stabbed Vance by sponsoring false news in the major media that Vance is a favorite of arch-foe Iran. It’s the kind of maneuver that Bormann used versus his friends. (read: enemies)

Likewise, Kushner insisted on promoting top Zionist Susie Wiles as Trump’s Chief of Staff, just as Bormann gate-kept for Hitler’s closest advisors. Susie Wiles works for the Greater Israel project, and was an advisor to Netanyahu. Link: https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2025/06/23/trump-netanyahu-wiles-campaign/

With author’s license, if we draw a proposed historic analogy between the disappearance of Hess and banishment of Bannon; between Carlson’s expulsion from MAGA and Heydrich’s assassination, then Vance is Kushner’s Himmler. That is, where Kushner has something on Vance that will spoil Vance’s chance to run for US presidential candidate in 2028. And that of course is based on suspicion among top Neoconservatives that Vance is not an Israel-firster, and not onboard with the Greater Israel Project.

It cannot be over-stated that the above primarily relates to Kushner’s rock-hard Zionism, and connection to Israel, promoting the Greater Israel Project. In other words, based on Israel-first ideology, Kushner has schemed versus Bannon, Carlson, Vance, Sacks, and others;  just as Bormann schemed versus Hess, Heydrich and Himmler to place himself (Bormann) closest to Adolf Hitler.

Yes, whether the Bormann-Kushner comparison is entirely correct or not in a current sense versus historical context, the point is that Jared Kushner is the gatekeeper for Donald Trump, and his closest advisor. Just as Martin Bormann was the gatekeeper and controller of Adolf Hitler. Of course Bormann was not beholden to a foreign entity as Kushner is,  even if some evidence exists that Bormann may have passed covert messages to the Soviets near the end of World War 2.   [See: The Bormann Brotherhood by Stevenson, 1974 ed.]

Likewise, just as Martin Bormann set governmental policy for Hitler while Hitler’s mental health continually declined (as the war progressed) the same is true for Jared Kushner today, essentially setting policy for the authoritarian Trump regime, while Donald Trump’s mental faculties continually decline.  And thus, thanks to the Israel First Warfare State agenda of Trump’s closest advisor, the world now finds itself in the throes of World War 3.

[1] A regime ruled by an Authoritarian State differs fundamentally from one that adheres to the Founders’ understanding of the Separation of Powers.
