“Monkey with a grenade”.
While perusing the Constitution of Iran (as one does), I noticed several clauses that bear directly on the current war. In some ways the constitution itself explains why the Iranian government has done, or not done, certain things. Particularly article 152. Article 80 The receipt and granting of domestic or foreign loans or gratuitous grants by the Government must be ratified by the Islamic Shura Majlis. Article 81 It is absolutely forbidden to grant concessions to foreigners for the establishment of companies and institutions engaged in commercial, industrial, agricultural, mining and services fields.
